ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Alina — I turned my pain into purpose…
My approach to functional health was shaped by years of navigating my own health challenges. At age 11, I was diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis and spent much of my adolescence navigating chronic pain, physical limitations, and the quiet loss of confidence that comes when your body doesn’t work the way you expect it to. Over time, I learned that my health challenges weren’t caused by a single diagnosis, but by a complex combination of genetics, lifestyle stress, and unaddressed imbalances.
Like many people, I spent years searching for answers through conventional care. While helpful in some ways, it never explained why my symptoms kept returning or how everything was connected. That question changed everything.
As I began exploring functional and lifestyle-based approaches, I finally found a framework that made sense. Functional testing revealed patterns no one had ever explained to me before, how genetics, stress, digestion, nervous system regulation, and daily habits were influencing how my body functioned as a whole.
This approach didn’t promise perfection. It offered clarity, direction, and progress. And that’s what kept me going.
Today, I’m a Certified Functional Health Practitioner and Lifestyle & Wellness Coach who supports people who feel stuck in their health those who’ve tried many approaches, done “all the right things,” and still don’t feel like themselves. At Neo Functional Health, I combine functional testing with compassionate, practical coaching to help clients understand their unique biology, uncover hidden stressors and root causes, and build sustainable lifestyle strategies that support real-life healing. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions; I believe in education, meaningful data, and personalized guidance that empowers lasting change.
My Philosophy
I don’t believe you need to be “perfect” to begin healing. What you need is understanding, support, and a plan that fits your body and your real life. Healing happens step by step, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
